Well, all you have to do is fill out the form and send it off to us. Try to include as much info as you can; where you're from, what your hobbies are, how many cats you've collected so far, that sort of thing.

If you mess up the form or something else goes wrong, you can always submit another application (there is a limit though, so try not to get it wrong too many times).
